    California emissions certification and FAE

I have a 2008 Crossover 211 TE with the 343 PCM motor. The hull has a California Ultra Low Emissions sticker with 3 stars. Could someone tell me what exactly this means other than being able to operate in CA waters? How much better are the emissions versus a boat without it? I am also thinking of getting a Fresh Air Exhaust system...would this be necessary given the emissions control that I already have? What would the incremental benefit be? Thank you in advance for your insight.

I think they discuss this on the FAE website, and if I remember correctly, that CA emissions really does not cut down much, if any, on co2. But check out the website to be sure.
