I have a 2008 Crossover 211 TE with the 343 PCM motor. The hull has a California Ultra Low Emissions sticker with 3 stars. Could someone tell me what exactly this means other than being able to operate in CA waters? How much better are the emissions versus a boat without it? I am also thinking of getting a Fresh Air Exhaust system...would this be necessary given the emissions control that I already have? What would the incremental benefit be?
