    What cleaner to use before putting on decals?

    I've wet sanded and buffed my boat and I was wondering what type of cleaner i should use before i put my decals on?

      Rubbing alcohol.
      Get a clean paper towel wet with the alcohol, wipe the area, and while it is still wet with alcohol, wipe the area with another clean paper towel.
