when to apply decals?.?.

I'm using the Meguiars Marine/RV fiberglass restoration kit that has 3 steps.
1.Oxidation remover #49
2. High Gloss Polish #45
3. Pure Wax #56

My question is that I'm putting on new decals and I'm wondering if they need to go on after the Oxidation Remover or the High Gloss Polish or after the Pure Wax?
I apologize if this is something that has already been covered but i couldn't find it anywhere on the forums.

I have put decals on both before the polish, and after.
In either case, wipe the boat down with rubbing alcohol before applying the decals. I have found rubbing alcohol in a 70%, and a 99%, use the higher strength if you can.
I have settled on putting decals on before the polish.
