We got our cover from Brent at Coversports on Friday.I just got done making the few mods required.They took 45 min to do. The first step is to put the cover on and stretch it out over the whole boat.The next step is to cut the main drawstring the one that goes all the way around the boat just under the rubrail.it needs to be cut in four places to go around the tower leg bases>Make sure to cut them so that the quick connect clips you will install end up all the way towards the bow when the cover is loose.If you do not do this when you go to cinch the bottom drawstring the clips will pull all the way towards the stern side side of the clip pouch and get hung up not letting the drawstring pull tight in all the right area's.I hope this makes sense to everyone if not let me know and I will try and explain better.next you will need to pull out two screws in the stern section of the rub rail to install two mounting posts to hook the rear cinch straps on.Make sure the two screw are long enough to still have plenty of threads once the mounting post are on the screws.One of my screw was long enough and the other was too short.So I had to get a new stainless screw for this.The last step is to install the cinch clip on the main drawstring.The cover also came with hooks that velcro on the cover and are supposed to hook under the rub rail but the do not fit under my rail.I will have talk to Brent about this tomorrow.The cover looks fantastic and seems like it will be very easy to install once everything is finalized.As of the moment I am very pleased and would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a cover.Only time will tell if it can stand up to the abuse I will inflict on it.The price was great as well coming in over 500 bucks less than my local canvas shop.Thanks Brent and Coversports.If you are in need of a cover give him a call at 425 491 9641.The time frame to receive my cover was just under four weeks from payment to receipt.A little long but def worth the wait.
