    Selling value?

I am wanting start building my first home this year. If I do I am going to have to sell my boat, which I love. I have a 01 210 SAN, it has 382 hours on it. New pp and software just installed. It runs great, has a decent stereo couple amps, ballast. What is the round about price would I be looking to sell at. Everything works great, the gel coat is nice and shiny. Seats are a 7 out of 10. Mainly the seat bottoms have some wear and a few cracks. New trailer. Just curious. Thanks

Look on boat for sale sites

I would look at this site www.Correctcraftfan.com and www.Boattrader.com. That will give you a pretty good idea of what people are selling similar boats for. Keep in mind there are regional qualifiers (ie boats on the west coast seem to be about 5% more expensive.) You can also look at dealers sites. Then its just a matter of how fast you want to sell it.

Here are a few comps from craigslist listings nation wide. (www.allofcraigs.com) This should give you a good idea of what people are asking for them but not necessarily selling for. Some of these are good deals and some of them are wishful thinking in my opinion.

Boat values have so many dependencies. The same year boat's worth can vary by 20-30% depending on hours, region, and most of all, condition. Without knowing much about your ride and judging simply by what I've seen on the west coast market, on the low side $24K should sell relatively quick. High side, $28K if its in tip top shape. You may want to start around $26,900 but be prepared to settle for $1-2K less.

From NADA and this does not include a trailer. But again where you are, where the boat has been run and overall condition will make the boat worth what someone is willing to pay.
