Yes, when you pay so much for a new product and it exacts $75K or more from you, your expectations and demand for perfection is extreme!
Maybe a solution is for the customer to take a demo boat for a holiday weekend so the time on the water is not completely lost. This could be a way for CC to step up their service and promote "no lost time" for warranty work on new boats.
