    problems with ballast pumps..

my brand new 210 doesnt fill the ballast tanks.. which sucks big time. first only the belly now the port one too.. i opened the pump to find out that the shaft in the green wheel slips big time and is not gripping to pump the water.. is this a common failure with those pumps??

You need to replace your impellers. Order a couple extras.

swap your impellars with the yellow ones, done.
I had the dealer swap all 3 before I took the boat home for the first time.
