Finally had a great water day

I know many of you know of my multiple issues I have had with my boat. Well I finally had a little bit of luck today.

I went out and had a successful outing. I had my ballast system work (finally) The 3rd revamp using the vented loops and aerator pumps (I knew it could be done) worked perfectly, I was so stoked. My keypad worked 100%. My gauges all worked, my new water pump worked and kept the engine cool. I had a decent wake going and we figured out a decent surf setup on the boat too. I got to use the bimini which I did figure out it is an absolute pain to put back in the boot at the end of the day. I hope it gets easier, because it hasnt so far after 3 or so times doing it.

Of course my day couldnt be without incident, I noticed for surfing one time, the V-drive light would not go out above 1200. I pulled the dipstick and it was better than 1/2 between the full and empty. Must have been at the perfect angle or somthing because it was the only time it did that to me.

It's progress, I am getting excited to see this thing work perfectly for more than one time. With any luck I might even get a full season out of it.

well congrats man. im sure you have also seen my many posts of issues popping up every time i use my boat. hopefully you will make it 50 hours to the next oil change interval w/o any issue. life is so much more fun with a 100% functioning machine. once again, glad you had a good day on the agua.
