Lowest speed for clean wake in your boat?

What is the lowest speed you can go in your boats, and still get a clean wake? I need to go at least 16-18mpg before the wake cleans up behind our Pro Air, anybody else?

If you can get a clean wake slower, what are you doing to get this?

    thanks,

2001 Super Air. Right at about 17-18 mph with no ballast. Maybe a little faster if it is windy and choppy, maybe a hair slower if it is perfect glass. BKH

      08 SAN 210 I'm also right around 18 for a clean wake.

06 210...if the tanks are empty I need to go 17-18mph. That's with 550 lbs of lead and two people.

I pretty much need to run 20 to get my wake to clean up with empty ballast tanks. If I put a bit in the belly and put my pop bags in the bow along with half the boat crew I can probably get down to 17-18 but that's too much work.
