Ballast for 08 236

I just received my new 2008 236 team. Was out today trying to get it dialed with weight so the wake was nice with no foam. I was a bit surprised at how touchy it was having me at 200 lbs in the drivers side and my wife at 125 on the passenger side to get it smooth with no foam on the port side. I was also trying to get it smooth at slower speed as i have young kids that board and it was very hard to get it smooth at anything under 20 mph. can anyone give me some suggestions? the 08 doesn't have as much ballast as the 2010 but i believe it is the same as the 09.

try taking out your ski buddies to improve your wake ,their so full of crap they balance the wake out!
