making a 84 brand new

just wondering if anyone could help??

took my boat to ski service and got a estimate to completly restore my 84 2001. heres a price listpaint top of boat $785.00,paint sides $2,520.00 paint air vents $52.50, repair keel where it has been beached $505.00, powder coat windshield $237.50 powder coat throttle mech. $132.50, does any of the prices sound too high please let me know. there is some other work that i think is to high but i can do it my self.

Is this for Paint or GelCoat. If Gelcoat it sounds excellent . For paint it sounds OK. I just had 2 dime size chips repaired on the right side chine for 600.00
