Freeze For Life - December 11, 2004 (Rockford, Illinois)

If you haven't heard it is time for the third annual Freeze For Life. The event will be held on December 11, 2004 at Rockford Marina in Rockford, Illinois.

If this event is "new" to you this is how it works. We ask that you raise a small donation (for the American Cancer Society) in order to get out on the water to ski, tube, board, foil, etc. In exchange for your donation we provide boats, hot tub, heaters, food, entertainment, drinks (non alcoholic), dry suits and equipment (if needed), and a really fun environment.

Last year we had over 62 participants and raised over $5,000 for the American Cancer Society.

If you have more interest be sure to check out www.rockfordmarina.com to download a registration and sponsor sheet. If you are already planning on coming but have not registered shoot an email to

brian@rockfordmarina.com with your t-shirt size so that we can get you on the list. The event will run all day so we can be very flexible with ride times. Also, this year the event will be pulled by both a Super Air Nautique and Centurion Avalanche.

Thanks in advance for your support! Hope to see everyone (that can realistically make it) next weekend!

I will be there- probably the only one with a hot pink 1990 BI Drysuit with a few buddies. We posted this on MBO as well.

      M3Fan:

Cool, look forward to seeing you there.

Maybe we could pull out the skurfers, gloves, regular pylons and throw down 90's style. I know I have my fair share of the hot pink items.

Pat? You out there. . .maybe you could dig out the old malibu. . . .

          Hey everyone!

Just want to encourage you to jot me an email with the number of people you have coming and number and sizes of tshirts if you are interested in those. We have to have our order for the shirts in MONDAY - so please, if you can get back to us before then.'

          Thanks!
