Grid, i no its not that "hard" but i have tried every option , no people lots of people tanks full, tanks empty, moved lead around, taken lead out, gone 20, gone 25 and no luck. the guys i ride with all have SANTE 210. They all ride with me because i live on the river and on big weekends we ride with them at the lake. so.. I’m lost.
but yae i agree on the whole long rope thing, but this guy was still pulling huge back flips and everything else. ill try it with out PP and see.

JimmyJ, yae its stuck, so I’m assuming that needs to be replaced. do you know if its a easy change or not. i think i have a dealer about 2 hrs away.

do not take it to a dealer for that.

you can buy a new servo motor from whitelake for 150 or so bucks. installation will take approx 15-30 minutes max. you can also order it directly from Perfect Pass. They are super cool guys and they will send you an instruction sheet if you ask.

but you can prolly search aroudn and find installation instructions. more or less from memory - youll have to disconnect the cable that attaches the servo to the throttle body. unplug the wiring harness at the servo (solenoid, same difference). disconnect the hose clamps that hold the servo on. removed the black knob and cable. attach black knob and cable to new servo, reattach hose clamps and then the cable back to the throttle. thats the jist of it. should be super easy if you are even the least bit mechnical and take your time looking at how the other one is put together.

100% no reason to take it to a dealer.

this would be first step in fixing the wake problem. consistent speed is a must. other than that, there should be nothign to it.

im posting pics of this pro rider that rode with us friday at 100' line, the second photo is us at 75' trying to get teh wake right and this guy is good too.

dude, from what i can tell, that wake looks pretty good.

it goes without saying but ill say it anyway: the side opposite the rider is going to be washy, regardless. simple physics on pulling on the boat. and, im sure you know but ill say it anyhow, try to drive as straight as possible. i noticed in the pictures the wake from the boat (the trail from the rooster tail, wake) is bending, or turning a little bit. that bad boy needs to be on a b-line from point a to point b. you will ahve to counter steer a bit if the rider pulls hard on the swing out.

another point now that i just said that. try to ride what i call 'easy' on the boat. in other words, dont swing out with everything you have. it pulls the boat, the boat slows down, leans, has to speed up to correct itself, typically overshoots, and then the wake and speed are compromised. when you swing outsidde the wake, take a nice, easy, mellow cut out there. one doesnt have to do a raley cut to get a good ways outside the wake. and besides, on that boat, even at 80-85ft of length, you can clear the wake starting just outside the wash from teh side spray. with all the weight we put in mine, when the rider is riding in the middle, both wake prolly curl over just a bit. but when you swing out, and then load coming back in, the wake cleans up perfect.

other than that, i dont really see a problem. no problems on the help. i like talking about this boat!!

oh yeah. also, double check to make sure your line is 70-80 ft TOTAL. this sounds dumb, but for instance, our buddy thought he was riding 80 ft total. we keep telling him it looked short. the take-off on the rope said "80ft including handle". what he forgot is that he removed the 3 take-offs before that one, leaving a 55ft mainline, 5 ft handle, and 1 5ft take-off. so essentially he was riding 65 total.
