On my 210 there are three pumps at the rear of the boat that are accessible just above the engine under the hatch. The tanks fill and drain from three intakes under the boat.

I had these same issues on my 211. I ripped the boat apart and couldn't find anything. Turns out I will checking something with the boat running and found a hole in my heater nose that had been rubbing on a piece of metal. It would only pump water into the bilge when the motor was running.
I was about to pull the motor to check the rudder seals and replace. Check all your hoses and connection.

I just finished removing, re-plumbing and reinstalling the starboard ballast tank on our boat. The inlet where it was threaded was leaking from the bottom of the tank when full. (I can only imagine how much water was being pumped in the boat while filling)
You might want to check your inlets as well...

After more investigation, I don't think anything is leaking on my boat, after completely drying and vacuuming out the bilge, I think the water I'm getting is due to people boarding and general use, its not usually enough to activate the pumps. Because of the placement of the drain plug its hard to get the water by just pulling the plug the water rushes past the drain hole and into the rear when I park on a hill. The problem is that I've got damp carpet under the bow cushion and I think they only way to prevent it is to plug that drain. I think the water that I do get in the bilge sloshes up into that drain.
Does that make sense to you guys?

try purchasing some DAMPrid and Home depot. I keep several bags in my boat and one in the bow to dry the anchor line during the week.
I've placed in the following locations.
one in each locker next to the motor. one under the passenger seat to keep the amps dry "incase" and one in the bow for the anchor line. I have that one tucked under the fiberglass. I change them every 6 weeks or so.
