    Cory Pickos SuperStars tournament 2010

This past weekend was the Cory Pickos Super Stars three event tournament in Santa Rosa Beach Florida, Some of you may know it better as Destin, or if you will the Red neck Rivera!!!
Their were skiers from all over the world and from every major continent better than 75% of the skiers at this tournament were from other country's.
We utilized the Ski Nautique 200 for open women’s slalom (as well as many other divisions) where Regina Jaquess got the chance to take a shot at the women’s world record. Regina ran four at 39 twice then in the third round she ran 39 off and got the shot at 41, She needed a piece of 2 ball for the record but coming off of 1 she missed the handle and slammed hard into the wake. Regina is one tough girl as later in the day she strapped on her jump skis and went out and tied the US women’s National jump record with the same Ski Nautique 200 that had just pulled her thru 39 off. Another stand out jump went to Danny Zeisler as he Jumped a 177' in the Masters Men / men 4 division (54k or 33.6 mph on a 5' ramp). Adam "Sledgehammer” Sedlmejer went 210 and their were many other big scores in jump behind the 200. The girls and women 1 divisions saw Personal bests out of Carli Guyer 112'. Monica " Moe" Seal put out a big jump at 122', She said it was easy behind the 200 with the low wakes it produces.
In The slalom events the ski 200 pulled their were many personal bests. Seems this boat is rapidly becoming the boat of choice at tournaments. A lot of the Trickers are coming back to it also as it has a cleaner table then the 196.
This tournament is a great tournament as some of the worlds best skiers find their way to SRB to ski in it. Here is a good one! Out of three rds of Slalom in the boys 3 division all ran 13 meters (32 off) all three rounds behind the 200.

We will be doing it again next month get your entry's in early as we are only doing 90 rides per day (Three day's).

    Cheers!
