    Hey Mikey,
I don't have a 200, but I can supply you with a working vacation in lovely Wisconsin, if you want to fill in for 3 weeks worth of gigs! Our drummer had to bug out for most of August, right in the middle of festival season. Search Phx Phoenix on myspace for us!

I'd love to budro!! You got room formy kit? It's an 11 pc.monster, and no, I can't scale it down. LMAO!!!

True story, I played with Eddie Money in a one off show in Daytona about 7 years ago.The set that was in his rehearsal room was a basic 5 pc.kit. Two songs into the jam, he said "you're in". I was suppling building materials for his new home in Palm Coast, and he was on the jobsite, and I was wearing my Ludwig t-shirt, that's how that started.

Anyway, I said great, but I have to use my own kit. Musicians know how that goes right?! He asked how big it was, and I replied.............about 10' wide. He made it work.

Soooo, if you can get my kit up there, and you have enough mics (lol) it's on. BTW, Mikey doesn't fly. hehehe

      Regards mi amigo!!

We had a new 200 for the Little Dawg tournament at the Katy Big Dawg this weekend. It had a different prop so they couldn't use it in the Big Dawg. It skied nicely with a lot less rpm. But it still had a pretty decent 28 off bump that a lot of people mentioned.

DO you know what prop they were running?
As of last week I have been running a 422 ACME on my 6.0 Ski 200. RPM's Came down about 100 at both 34 and 36. Now 36 mph is under 4000 rpm with a heavy skier on and at short line length. This boat is really skiing nice, Drives unbelievable and has plenty of get up on our short set up slalom course. The 654 ACME will go back on for our record slalom tournament this weekend where we hope Regina will get a shot at the Women’s world record.
Here is a short list of some prominent world level skiers attending. Regina, Javier Julio (current world overall champion), Adam Sedlmeyer, Caroline Hensley, Adam Picko's Stepen Seal (current US National Overall men1 champion)and 15 other of the worlds top juniors and elite skiers will ski exclusively behind the 200.

            Other records with the 200

Also!!!!! It looks like the IWWSF has ratified Chris Parrish world record set behind the Ski 200 two weeks ago. Congradulations goes out to Chris on this amazing feat.

Keep in mind not only has the Ski 200 been involved with Chris's world slalom record but it has also pulled two legs of a womens world overall record (pending) in jump and slalom. On June 19-20 Regina Jaquess at the Cory Pickos Super stars she broke the world overall record by slaloming 4 at 39 and jumping 176', which also ties the US national jump record that is also held by a previous Nautique team member Brandi Hunt.
Now if I can only get Regina to trick behind the 200 for her next three event tournament.
Also at the Super Stars a pending men 4 jump record set By Danny Zeisler.

            Cheers!!!
            Jody

              Records

Also keep in mind that CP will only ski behind the 200 unless it is in a pro event where he has to ski behind another model.
In all 6 rounds in May and the rounds he skied in June at the Ranch, he skied the 200. The other pros skied whatever boat was being used to pull the round and then the 200 would be used when CP skied.

It's not the first time that sort of thing has happened and not only with CP/Nautique. I dont like it either, but I can't say as I blame them. If you were going to get a big check by setting the record behind only one boat, what would you do?

                    200

I dont even need the big check. My choice would be to ski behind the 200 every time. I wish I had the pull to make the LOC use the 200 to pull me when my turn is up.

Oh, if I could I would. But if all the other skiers have to use all three boats at a tournament, I feel it's only fair for ALL of them to use all 3.

Well being a pro has it's privileges. Chris as have many others have been alowed to ski with their prefered boat for many years now. Freddy Kruger skis only with a MC at Amateur tournaments. This has become pretty wide spread as far as the elite/pro skiers go. I dont have a problem with it as when they do ski in these local or non cash record tournaments they are only skiing against them selves, their is nothing on the line or they are trying to obtain a record. Unlike age group skiers that are always trying to beat their buddy. Also the format changes for these open/pro's when they ski regionals and especially Nationals.
