Be careful. I think jonfo is right. 1400 in back is probably going to be a bit much. you should think about 1000 or so in the back and try to get that other 400 in the front.
Ummm, I\'ll take the REAL 210 please. Thanks.

The boarders paradise sacs have the normal screw on water bed connection. If you want to pay the money for the Barefoot International ones, then I would go that route. I went with the boarders paradise ones because they were a lot cheaper than the barefoot international ones, but I'm sure the BFI ones are better.

I live in Columbia City, which is just west of Fort Wayne. I usually ride at the Huntington Resevoir or up north at a lake called Adams Lake. It's in the Rome City/Kendalville area. Your free to ride with us anytime your in the area. If for some reason I'm ever up near you, I'll look ya up. Thanks for the help on the switches.

Well, this stinks. I just called Wes-Garde for those switches and they didn't have any left. Any other ideas of where I could pick up this switch from? This switch looks almost exactly like the ones in Mastercrafts. Does anyone know if the mastercraft switches are DPDT?

          Sbt3,
I think 1400 will be too much in back unless you match that in front. If you put too much weight in back the boat will "plow" instead of riding through the water. The engine will work too hard, you wont be able to see over the nose of the boat, you will get bad gas usage, it will be too slow getting out of the hole, when you stop water will come in over the rear deck, and it will porpoise bad. The trick is to get weight up front to make it more equal. There is a huge ski locker and you can either put lead up under the bow seating area or put a sack in the bow. I put in lead so i dont have sacs lying around. I find a sweet spot around 2000lbs of total ballast in the boat, driver, spotter, and full tank of gas. When i add more people it starts to get difficult to drive and i drain some ballast. It only has a 310hp, the newer ones with 375 may be able to handle more weight.

jonfo- Thanks for the info. I think I am going to make the bags to hold 700 each but probably won't fill them all the way. I will let you know how it goes once I get it done and the ice is off the lake. I think I can get at least 1000 in the nose of the boat with sacs/sand. It should be pretty good.
