2008 Nautique 220 Trailer.. PLEASE HELP!

I am in Orlando and just bought a new SAN 220 without a trailer. I dont live on a lake and need a trailer ASAP. I was quoted 5k by the local dealer. Does anyone has a trailer for sale or know a good place to buy one cheaper??? Please help!

    Thanks

Finding a used trailer is going to be lucky break for you. $5k for a tandem axle is about the going rate for a new trailer. You might try Boatmate up in Tennessee, but that would be a haul for you from Orlando.
I've seen an aluminum trailer for a Nautique that was setup for the boat, you might find a company in your area that could do that for you.
Good luck on the search, and congrats on the boat purchase. BTW, where did you find a new '08??

You will be hard pressed to find a trailer on the quick. If you had a few months - maybe. I tried calling boatmate for my 230, three times, and never got a call back.

good luck with the search. i would call every dealer within a distance you are willing to travel and ask if they have any. trailers are insanely expensive these days. i got lucky and got a new 06 2 years ago for 3000.00. it is galvanized and doesn't have any bling, but does what it's supposed to do. also, perhaps you could rent one from someone in your area who keeps their boat on a lift until you find one.

This trailer is sitting at a boat dealer next door to my office, I would love it for myself just too much work for me to retrofit. The gentleman selling it, Jim, is a good guy who will shoot you strait with no non-sense. I will try to get some pics of this beast up later. It is pretty well decked out and in great shape, i would recarpet the bunks before the end of season if I were buying it for my self...other than that she's solid and rust free. As the ad says, he is taking offers!

Tell em Sean sent you if you are indeed interested and wind up calling

I think he said this was for a 230....not sure on that tho, I'm not terribly familiar with all the newer big boats.

Anyway, the bow stop/roller is attached with two bolts and i don't think it would take much work to move it back a foot or so ( maybe new crossmember with u-bolts?? )

This dealer is primarily a fishing/cruise boat dealer so don't expect to be talking to an expert on wake boats!
