Tutorial or manual on 03 perfect pass.

I took my 03 SANTE for the first time this past weekend. I can't figure out how to use perfect pass. Is there a manual or even better a few steps to go by. I have never been in a boat that has perfect pass.

Appreciate all the help. I tried a search but yielded no results.
