Screws keep falling out on my Nautique!

The screws under the seat where it holds the gas shock keeps falling out on my Nautique! And also where the rear facing seat on both side the rear panels/screws keep falling out as well!

What should I do? I think I will ask the dealer to claim warranty, but I think Nautique should change the screw designs, steel screws will work itself loose in aluminum frame/hole...should be all nut and bolt deisgn with proper washers...etc

Post your dealer reply, I'd be very interested in hearing it. I agree, self tapping screws are not the way to go, but I also understand it would considerably raise the cost of the boat to use all 'backed' fasteners.

Small piece of weedeater string when you put the sheet metal screw back in will act like loctite.
