Can Garmin Antenna for ZERO off be used for GPS?

Does anyone know if the ZERO off antenna (the puck mounted in front of the driver on my 2009 230), made by Garmin, can also be used to hook to a Garmin chartplotter/GPS? I have a Garmin 440S that I was going to hook up - it has the Southern lakes card.
