You saw it here first. The first official picture of the Sport Nautique 200.

Wasn't sure if i could talk about it before, but now that they've released this picture I can say that I love what they have done with the walk-through on this boat. The teak-look SANO is amazing. The walk-through isn't as deep as the 216v, but I think this just looks great and will be very functional.

Really? I love the way it looks. That's probably one of my favorite things about the design.

teak w/o the need for care is by far a greatness of the boat. it brings some classic design to modern boats. i like the look of that boat alot. where rear hatches start to the end of the platform is what makes that boat.
So is that a 200 hull with different deck, or did they have to modify the hull for the V drive? I'm assuming a lot of mods to incorporate the rear engine.
According to Nautiques, there were only some slight modifications made to the hull to add additional lift in the rear.

Nothing. The new tower is not offered on this boat.

Is there a center mounted pylon in there somewhere? Removable?
Yes, and it is awesome! It is removable, and stows in a special compartment under the rear seat. There is a teak-look SANO cap for the hole in the floor when the pylon is not in use. There is also a pop-up pylon/lifting ring at the stern.

They should make snap on cushions that go over the walk-throughs. I would split them into 2 smaller cushions so they can be easily stored on the boat. That way people have a choice and can put the cushions on when they want to lay on the sun pad.
