Steering Wheel Shake at takeoff under heavy load?

I have an 08 SAN 220 and the steering wheel will shake when we are pulling a skier out of the water. Once we plane off, the shaking will completely stop. Also, it doesnt shake when we are planing off without the heavy skier.....Any thoughts?

Same problem on my 230, had everything checked by the dealer. Nothing wrong that they could find.

Mine did the same and only gets worse when weighted. I changed to the new OJ fusion prop and it went away. The guys at OJ said I needed a little larger prop with less pitch and they were right. Smooth now!

I had the exact same problem. I replaced the prop with a new one from Delta (site sponsor) and problem went away.

shouldnt this be covered under warranty? The prop should be able to pull one large adult without the shakes...........

Any damage (even slight) to the prop will cause it to do this.
