One of my polk inside speakers just died on my 08 SAN. What is the warranty on the speakers?

five years if you are the original owner.

If you did the proper warranty parts transfer with in 15 days of purchase you are covered for parts but not labor. There is also a separate hull/deck and stringer warranty transfer.
