Awesome day on the lake. The picture says it all. Got there at 12:30 and left at dark. Does it get any better?

12:30. That's awesome. I had some water like that on Sunday morning at 7 am!!! The lake I'm on is like an ocean after 10 am.

It's an old sand pit east of Houston that a gourp of us lease. The best part about the whole day was that I was the only boat there, not that I don't like my fellow leasees though.

Mind me asking how much you guys pay to lease that lake? You can PM me if you want. I am interested in doing something like this around where I live, but am curious how much I should pay/offer. Thanks!

I had about a mile of this on Monday morning (took off work). Click image for larger version

ID:	360338 It is not quite the glass in the picture (although we had glass in spots), but the mile run was incredible. Of course, the day before it was an ocean with all the other boaters out. But that half a day epic water makes it all worth it.
