Hey there planet Nautique. This is my first post.
I have just last week imported a 1991 Sport nautique bow rider from CA and have a few questions for those more knowledgeable than I. Mine has the PCM 351 with a 4bl Holley. Does anyone know what type of spark plugs should be used? It came with Champion 406 RV12YC but the manual says it should have Champion RBL 11Y plugs. Im going to put a fresh set in and want to be sure im using the correct plugs. I also note that the manual i downloaded for the engine says that unleaded fuel cannot be used. I know the previous owner was using unleaded and the engine only has 500 hours on it - only 20 since the top end rebuild according to receipts. anyone out there using lead aditives in their fuel? Also can anyone tell me how to correct the free play in the steering???
