    Extended tower on Nautique

    Anyone ever seen this before? I have come across these extended towers on wakeworld lately. But never seen one with a sail or on a Nautique. They seem somewhat pointless, but I have never used one so maybe it is great or whatever just looks awful. Just thought I would share this picture I saw…

    That is painful to look at.
    That is worse then a 196 with a tower.

          I have seem them, I think at a boat show. The idea behind the sail, is that that as you cut to each side, the sail is pulled on to the same side as the rider, and the sail then counteracts the side pull from the rider. That is the theory anyway.

          Here is why the boat companies like wakeboarding. You can sell a wakeboarder anything. Kind of like golfers. They both are an easy market.

          Just my opinion.
