Using a BI Tower Boom with the "chop down" handle for small hands. Thanks to Mike Seipel at Barefoot International and those here who suggested using the boom as a teaching aid.
Right after this session, the older son of the two (who learned to double ski on the boom in 2008, and who has been deep water starting since last year) used the boom to learn to slalom for his first time.
