Passenger Capacity for 1990 Sport Nautique?

For the first time a few weeks ago the lake patrol questioned whether i was over capacity for my boat (I think I had 8 on board). The USCG sticker is worn off over the years, and I can't find a consistent answer online. At least not for the 89/90 model. I know the hull, and I assume load ratings, didn't change for a number of years.

Anyone know off hand how many I can fit, legally?
