Need suggestions for ladders for 220 Nautique

Need some type of device to help with entering a 220 Nautique that does have a platform. Do they make some type of ladder or device to help with some people having a problem entering the Nautique from deep water.

I'm having the same problem with my two little girls. They don't have the upper body strength to lift their little butts onto the platform. Haven't found anything that loooks good and functional for the teak platform on my 176...

Need suggestions for ladders for 220 Nautique

I have installed this one under the platform on my 93 sport. It works awesome and has held up great. I used 2 pieces of synthetic decking to level it under the side rails.
