Table In Boat

Who has installed a table in their Nautique? I have seen them in the malibu's before and really like the idea.... We do not have a lake house and therefore end up eating a packed lunch on the boat a good bit. Have been eating on the sun pad with a towel over it but run the risk of spills and end up having to move the drinks to the in boat cup holders.

BTW our boat is an 05 SANTE

I know they were an option.
I haven't seen or read about anyone do it after the fact though.
