New to the Nautique Family. Need advice on SN200 OB option?

I'm going to be a new addition to the Nautique family. Just placed my order for a new 200 OB and will be trading in the Malibu.

I need some information that I'm hoping a PN member can help me with. On my Malibu I had the removable air dam that was clear plastic and slid into the walk through area. Living in Michigan and trying to ski April through October, this was a nice feature to keep the cold morning air out. I see that Nautique offers a removable air dam for the 200 OB but I could not find a picture or description.

I know that some models have these folding doors that rattle and are in the way, I'm hoping the 200 OB has something similar to what I had on the BU. Can someone clarify or better yet post a picture of the 200 OB removable air dam?

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi Jeff,
We have a air dam on the 2010 OB 200 we have here at Florida Inboards and it works very nice with no vibration as it slides into a channel on both sides of the walk thru. Very clean and sanitary application, you will be very pleased. would post pictures but the boat is now covered and put away as we are running a CB 2011 now for the rest of the year.

Yep. No issues with the air dam on our 2011 200OB. Like Jody said, it slides into a track and is rattle free. I'll probably ski in the next day or two so I'll take a pic while I'm there.

        get it!

It's a must for the cold weather we have in Canada. Its a heavy white piece of acrylic sold not transparent.
It just slides into two slots on each side of the walk through. It fits nicely under the passenger seat when not in use.
I can post a pic by Sunday if no one else is able.

Yep, what they said. I'd take a picture, but I delivered my '10 to the new owners this past weekend.

                  Thanks for the photos.

After getting all the feedback and seeing the picture I changed my order to add the air dam.

Glad they made it look like it belongs and not an afterthought.
