Factory Tour

Good Evening All,

We are going to be in the Orlando area in a couple of weeks for an INT tournament. I am hoping to tour the Nautique factory. My 11 year old daughter is all about it. The wife, however, is not so enthusiastic. Need some info for my "cause". Does anyone know how long the tour is?

They can be as quick as you make them. Don't ask many questions and they can get you through pretty quickly.

If you allocate an hour to the tour itself, you will be fine. The trip from Orlando is about 30 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center area (International Dr and I-4).
It's pretty interesting, and maybe the wife will see an option that she didn't know existed!

Note INT is pushing the tour on their web page (which i think is cool because another brand is sponsoring the tournament) ....but I don't know if there is a coordinated time. So be careful you don't get stuck with a big group if you are in a hurry and want a personal touch.

OT: Note Team AirTool will not be at INT. For this year it is just too much commitment, time, and $$. Registration alone for 2 events for the girl and three for the boy are almost 1K. It would be a nice vacation but there are better things for us and neither stand a good chance of winning. I'd rather them sharpen up and compete stronger next year after more local experience. They should both stay in the same age class as this year. Being state champs this year, they should get automatic invites next year.

Factory Tour Visit

We toured the factory today. I was impressed with the entire process and enjoyed it. My 11 year old daughter also enjoyed it. (I actually think she was just waiting to buy some Nautique gear after). The wife didn't think it was that cool though. (as I expected)

Tomorrow starts the INT competition. My daughter is excited and having fun meeting the other competitors.

Do they have specific tour times or can you just show up?

Tours are 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday thru Thursday. You need to call ahead to make an appointment.

I did the tour a couple of weeks ago. It was fun.
