Awesome pictures migs. I LOVE Shasta. I've houseboated on it three times and every time I go back it seems to get better. The water levels can get to be a little crazy later in the summer, but I have had my best riding conditions day in and day out at Shasta. An entire week of BUTTER!!! Plus with the wild life, deer, bald eagles, etc, it is so picturesque. Thanks for sharing. I'm ready to go back now!BKinSoCal - Brian

Brian - this trip was BUTTER every day ALL DAY LONG at any time whatsoever - & i swear we were the only boat - HB - in the entire Pit Arm. Mentally i was just in a daze the entire trip that I didnt get 1 single pic of me or my wife riding!!! hahah - well at least I have some GO PRO footy - but the stills were limited. I guess the 4 others in the crew were in the same state of mind too. hahahaha. SHASTA just does that to you I guess.
A - missed you guys by 1 day - we were there 16-21st.Migs

Yeah, Shasta has a way of turning off everything in your mind except, riding, drinking and relaxing. It's easy to forget about life around you.
I've been thinking about getting a GoPro. All the footage I've seen from them looks pretty good. What's your opinion?
Thanks again for sharing the pictures. Looks like it was a fantastic trip!!!BKinSoCal - Brian

The water was amazing and I completely agree with the relaxation Shasta offers. We love the late season and will be going back again next year for sure. We spent most of our time up the Sacramento Arm.
As for the dressed up night, we had a theme of Golf Pro and Tennis Cutie… We like to have at least one theme night while we are on a HB trip and in the past we have done White Trash, 80’s, Harley Davidson/Biker, etc.
I highly recommend getting a GoPro. These two shots were taken on the go pro. Camera quality is not as good but the video images are amazing. We got one right before this trip and were very impressed with the quality of the video.

My second time to Shasta we spent a good portion of our time in the Sac River Arm. Lots to explore, and some cool coves.
I think I am going to ask Santa for a GoPro this year for Christmas. I would love to have one. I'm happy to hear you're pleased with it.
Thanks again for the pictures. Looks like you had an awesome time.BKinSoCal - Brian
