    Demoing a 230 - what weight setup?

Have planned a dealer demo of a 230. We are used to riding behind a 210 or 220, and our current boats setup with the stock ballast + 3 pro-x sacs plumbed in on or next to each stock tank, and for surfing add 1-2 more v-drive sacs on the side we surf and drain the opposite side, pretty standard configuration. We would like to configure the 230 optimally once for wakeboarding, and once for surfing, and in the interest of time would like to have it setup correct without having to try different configurations. Being a new 230 I doubt it will have the pro-x system plumbed in yet, but we have many pro-x v-drive and surf sacs and pumps, so the volume of weight wont be a problem, we just need to know where to put it. Our current plan is to set it up the same as we would for the 210 or 220, but figured maybe we would get other suggestions here.

We usually wakeboard at 65-70ft at 22.5-23mph, surf at about 11-12mph on inland boards behind nautiques, malibus vlx/23xlv, enzo 23/24.

for wakeboarding we use 2 400's rear, 500 locker, and 600-800 in the nose. boat likes a lot of weight up front. plan on speeds no less than 23-23.5 all on top of factory. you will love it.

you will def want to lengthen rope a little too. The wake is wide but it boots you up so if you want to land on the transition you will need to go longer. I ride 75' on a 210 and usually ride 80 on the 230. As for weight, that boat can take almost as much as you are willing to give it. It just keeps getting bigger which I think is the main advantage over the 210. You will love it. Enjoy!!!
