    RIP CC Models 206DD, 216DD, and SV211

Just went to the Correct Craft website and realized that the 206DD, 216DD, and SV211 are no longer being made for 2011. Sad sad sad.

because they are 'replaced' with the 200 OB and Sport 200. Money aside, I believe I'd trade my 211 for a Sport 200...

No suprise for the DD 206 and 216. The 211 is a suprise, their best seller I thought?
Goes to show where CC thinks most of the market is, larger V-drives and hard-core DD ski boats.

Probably more profitability in these boats and I wonder if these newer models have production effieciencies designed-in to make them cheaper (not cheaper, more efficient) to build? Not at all sure but wondering.

There's no reason to have two ~20' V-drives that have a walk-thru and 'ski well'. The 211 is being replaced with the Sport 200. The downside is the Sport is ~5-10K higher than the 211.

          I love my 216 Team.

You just can't beat the performance of a direct drive.

Glad i bought one when I did.
