I’m german und don't speak English very well, but I will have a try.

I have a Ski Nautiqe 196 mod 08

I’m looking for a peace of Vinyl nubby pleather, look at the photo

My Dealer told me that I can only buy a very expansive whole motor cover.

Can you tell me where I can buy a peace of this pleather?

The dealer is right, you could get a new motor box cover from the factory. I think this should be repairable if the only damage is in the photo. Can your dealer not suggest a local repairer.

Speaking of what's available in the US, there are a lot of vinyl repair kits available, some much better than others. Asuming since you don't want to buy a new cover, you are simply looking for a fix that will stop the tears from getting worse, this would do the job. Over here, they are available at most good automobile repair shops. Going this route the spots would still be noticable, but it would stop the holes from getting larger.

I would suggest you ask some automobile upholstery professionals in your area. Many, but not all of the products are similar.
