220 Pros
- Large wb/surf wake. Even with stock weight the wake is large.
- Hard to over weight, the wake just keeps getting larger, if propped correctly the 330 easily pushes it. Just need to keep equal in front and rear like any other hull.
- Interior has a lot of space, personally i removed the storage compartment above the cooler on the port side, it takes a screwdriver and 5 minutes to remove or install. With it removed it is easier to put surf ballast on the port side.
- Storage everywhere, even above engine.
- Garbage can is awesome
- Turns on a dime, even fully loaded
- High freeboard means rarely swamping bow, side, rear.
- Tower is solid, big, tall, and beefy.
- Surprisingly easy on gas, i have the 330 and it burns about 2.5 gallons per wakeboarder on a 20-30 minute run fully weighted. Probably 3-4 for surfing.
- Finicky wake, but can be corrected with driver/passengers that are aware of this and move around a bit to accomadate. Even when you get it right the opposite wake you land on will have some wash. Personally i dont notice it anymore because what the wake lacks in being clean it makes up for in size.
- The v hull is a bit more tippy than similar width boats. I notice it is a v in the stern as well which i think is the mistake they made with this boat. if they would have made it flatten out like the new 210 in the back it would be more stable.
- You can't put a sack all the way along the port side, there is blockage in the center where the cooler and battery are.
- Small, no, tiny glove box
- Built in cooler is a joke, small, no insulation, hard to get to, good for storage but that is about it.
- Tower takes two people to put up/down.
