Will a 2001 23 Maristar trailer work for my 2007 220? What about a trailer for a 211?

    Will a 2001 23 Maristar trailer work for my 2007 220? What about a trailer for a 211?

Bought my 220 without a trailer, and need to find one in the next couple of months. Anybody have one for sale. Will the Maristar trailer work? How about a 2005 211 trailer?

    Thanks!

I don't think the MasterCraft 230 trailer is going to be a very good option with out some decent modifications. That gen 230 was a 22'6" boat. Driving your boat up to the winch stand is going to put ALOT of weight on the tounge. You'd really want to move the winch stand back (its likely welded in place and not a bolted on piece). Not to mention the bunks may or may not line up well with your boat.

Getting a 211 trailer or some sort of trailer with an adjustable winch stand and bunks would be the best. Have you checked your dealer to see if they can order you a custom built trailer?
Sold my boat to buy a house, the house is much less fun.

      Thanks

Thanks for thinking on this, and giving me your thoughts. Made me feel better about my decision to buck up and spend the $ on a ram-lin, 220 specific trailer. More than I wanted to spend, but I know it's safe and will work well. Again, thanks for your feedback.

Little late to reply, but you def. made the right choice to go w/ a custom matched trailer. The 230 MC trailer would not have fit well and the way the fenders are setup you wouldn't have had much clearance.
