Walk through transom and wake surf on older model?

I am searching for an older used wakesurf specific boat. Specs I want:

At least 22' open bow
Vdrive
deeper V hull for chop
Walk through (thru) transom
Snap in/out carpet

Any ideas?

A friend of mine bought a 2003 Centurion Typhoon, that completely fits the bill. His was low $20s, 23 feet, massive rear locker for 1200 lb, we use another 3 bags up the side and a bit in the bow and get mid thigh to waist high waves that top just about anything we have seen. It has a walk thru transom to boot. The bow is as big as a double bed. Not my type of boat, but for surfing it is unbelievable. Blasts thru chop and wot it actually screams.

sounds like you are looking for a 226. 22'6", deeper V, walk thru transom, makes a nice surf wake.

They came out in 2003 and really didn't change much thru '08. I would think an '03 can be had in the 30's somewhere, maybe less.

I think you're right...a 2003 Air Nautique 226 is close to what I want.
