Hi New member my first ski nautique

I hope im posting in the right spot. I am looking to buy my first ski nautique 1980, My only problem is its missing the hole motor the tranny is there but has a chunck missing from where it mounts up to the motor. It does need all the interior re done. hull is in nice shape with swim platform. I have to get paper work for it and im in new york witch is a pain in the a**. So my question what would something like this be worth and about how much to get it going were do i find parts what kind of tranny is in it can i use a truck 351 long block with marine dressings on it.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
