Has anyone had any experience with Corinthian carpets in their Nautique? I need new carpet for my 211 and wanted to seek some advice before I purchased. Thanks in advance.

I am considering the OEM carpet from White Lake, but Corinthian is about half the price. Hopefully someone has had some experience with Corinthian and let me know about the wear, fit and quality.

I worked with Nick at Corinthian to replace the carpet on my 2005 SV211 that was falling apart. I went with the heavier grade premium carpet in Admiral blue with black sunbrella edging to match the colors of my boat. I also made my own pattern for the carpet. The carpet came out AWESOME, fits perfectly and looks great. Everybody that sees it says "wow, nice carpet". My boat looks sooo much nicer than it did with the drab grey carpet from the factory. It was a huge upgrade to my boat. This carpet does not have the same rubber backing that traps and holds water like the factory carpet. The backing is more like a rubber corduroy with a urethane seal. I like it much better than the factory stuff. I installed the snaps myself even eliminating a couple that I thought were unnecessary since the new carpet is a little more stiff than the factory stuff. Corinthian will loan you the snap kit. The snap prices are a little steep, I found nice stainless steel snaps online from a marine vendor for about half of what Corinthian charges.

I got the samples on Friday, it looks like I'll order the Corinthian next week. I'm going to stick with the gunmetal which is pretty close to the original (black boat makes it hard to stray from the stock color, plus it's on sale right now - which makes my wife much, much happier), but I am thinking about an inlay - any suggestions on design other than inlaying the Nautique logo?
