I am sure this topic has been covered but I don't have time to do a search. What method have you guys found to be the best for cleaning the carpet??? I was thinking I could hit it with pressure washer then wet vac.

Steam cleaners are great. If you want to get it perfect, you could take it to a drycleaners and see what they could do. I had a nightmare keeping mine clean. I kept a can of spot shot on my boat all the time.2012 Axis A22 - on order

Pressure washer and wet vac work great. Careful with the pressure washer, you can literally punch a hole through the carpet.
I finally broke down and purchased a professional auto steam cleaner. I think I paid around $600 for the unit which is not cheap but the results justify the cost. Amazing at getting out dirt and stains.2018 200 Team H6

My concern with steam cleaning is the rubberized underlayment. I thought maybe the heat from the steam might damage it.Comment

Just an update for future reference. I laid the carpet out on the concrete and sprayed it with the hose and and a good coating of Resolve carpet cleaner and let it soak for about an hour. Then I hit it with the pressure washer and the wet vac and it came out looking new again.(it was pretty stained)Comment

I built a fixture for mine out of 2X4's and screw in snaps. When I am not using mine, I take it out of the boat and snap to the fixture. I use a pressure washer to spray it down when I need to clean it. I can also brush clean it while it's hanging, and it dries out very nicely.
