    1999 Pro Air Nautique

I'm in the final stages of getting a 1999 Pro Air Nautique. It's not local, so I can't see it. Everything seems legit, but the price is almost too good to be true.
1000 hrs on boat, 200 on rebuild. PCM 351. Has factory tower, with nice sound system. Upholstery is original, but in very good shape considering the age.
It's a consignment boat at a marina. No saltwater use.
What questions should I ask that I may have missed?
What should I look out for?
With 1000hrs, what maintenance will I have coming up?
    Thanks guys!

Is the boat in Texas by chance? i saw one on craigslist pretty low recently. if its not local just make sure its a real person and not scammer trying to ship it or say they are out of country or some line. PM if interested to discuss...

Boat has 1000 hrs and 200 on rebuild, but they are doing a value job on one cylinder because it had low compression. How could it have low compression after 200 hrs? Should this be a red flag?
