In January 2011, I bought a 2007 Air Nautique 226 with a ZR6 PCM engine (68 hours) plus tandem axle trailer for $41,000. My deal looks good compared to NADA and BoatUS values. Do you think your last purchase of a Nautique was a better value? We can compare boat condition and option details if you like.

I think I luckily fell into a once in a lifetime type of deal. The boat was a repo and the bank really wanted to unload it for just around what the loan balance was. I was looking for a 226 for a long time and never saw a price remotely near what the bank eventually accepted.2007 Air Nautique 226

6 years later, and with the adds you've done, you can probably still get that today for it. Of course, you will never sell it, so it is moot point. Now

Don't play much poker but i think i got a pair of aces, got my 96 super sport for 9.5K w/o trailer and found a dorsey trailer built for a super sport for 400, v drive and trailer for under 10K, no payments and a sick wake! i think i did pretty good, with the market and the condition of the boat i think i could sell it now for 18K+. God is great! Can't wait for summer!1996 Super Sport

Labor Day 2010 purchase of 97 ski with 280 hrs on GT40 and 1 yo PP SG. Garage kept. Ramlin trailer. Included as new cover, Fly High extended pylon, extra OJ 4 blade prop, fuel filter, and RWP impeller.
$14k from a dealer with complete maintenance history and only an hour drive, so test drive and pickup were easy. Not a steal but good considering it was exactly the boat I was looking for color and all in great shape + the accessories and locality intangibles.

forgot to mention the ss i found only has 400 hours with the gt 40 3 ropes, 2 slaloms, 7 nice jackets and every service record since new, when i was buying the boat i did not even test drive because the seller was getting 20-30 emails on his blackberry in minutes! he said he knew he priced it right but not that good. i thought he was going to rescind the price, but after he told me he was the president of his own financial planning firm i guessed he was not worried about the money. kind of ironic, i don't see myself ever selling this boat. i was looking at a supra launch and a pro star 205 and after reading all you guys comments here and correctcraftfan i knew i wanted a nautique, thanks for the great info here!1996 Super Sport
