Warranty Transfer Question

I just put a feeler out in the For Sale by Owner forum but I'm strongly considering selling my 2007 SANTE 220 with ZR-6 engine and 130 hours.

I'm wondering how does the warranty transfer? Does it transfer? Does it fully transfer or does a portion of it transfer and is there a cost to transferring the warranty.

2007 V-Drive Owner's Manual

The last seven pages spell out the warraty transfer process. There are three warranties (engine (see PCM manual), hull/deck/stringer (lifetime), and the rest (5-year total, only parts transfer, not labor)). Each has a fee for transferring. Your engine warranty is expired anyway, so no need to worry about that one. It was only three years. The other two are $300 each to transfer.

My engine warranty is 3 years from date of purchase or in service date. That was last year so I still have 2 years left on it.
