It's gonna stay on lake zoar in Connecticut where I grew up for now. My buddy lives on the lake so I'm gonna keep it there for the summer. I do want to check out lake Anna tho. Never been to any lakes in VA since I moved down here.Comment

Nice looking boat. Little elbow and it will look like new. Not sure on the stringer comment below (what lead to it being made). At that price, even if you put $$$ into the boat you would still have a nice ride. If you have to put zero $ into it, what a deal.Comment

Most, if not all of them that age have some degree of stringer problems, wet foam, soft floor spot, alignment issues, etc. I don't think it is a reason to be too scared, but good advice. Stringer jobs are a bitch, expensive, and very time consuming. Older boats ain't like the new ones.Originally posted by Crad View Postthe WakeSlayer

You need to lift the rear floor access panel and look at the fiberglass around the length of the stringers, if there is any cracking or seperation of the fiberglass, then you will have stringer issues that need address, hook up with tim and he'll be able to tell for sure.Comment

I havent made it down to Zoar since I was a kid- by "down the road" I meant by about 40 miles- but still the same neck of the woods. I know a few guys who ski Zoar regularly though- we've met at the CCFan northeast reunions multiple times.
