Potential Scam Artist Lurking around the forums!!!!

Just a heads up for you all, there is a guy with the email address of:

Clement Franklin

I would guess that he is a scammer (wouldn't go so far as to call him an artist) Now if I have made a mistake and this guy is legit then I apologize!!! But I really doubt it!!!!

The reason for my email is I have a post on here and ccf in the wtb section. Looking for ballast bags and a concept. This dude responded back that I can send him $850 and my address and he will send me the stuff........of course no details on the stuff and the price is obviously way out there!!!!

Just a heads up for you all to watch out!!!
