Out of curiousity, which do you presently have, Flight clips or Nverts?

You can use any standard rack and just mount it to the vertical tubing instead of the oval crossbar.

I have the flight clips on my '05 SANTE and I totally understand. It gets old having to climb around the tower to load/unload the boards.

DIYwake makes a spinner rack for around $200 that I've been thinking about getting. I haven't pulled the trigger yet but I think about it every time I'm loading and unloading boards from my flight clips. I just wish there were reviews out there on these racks.

        I picked up these ones

        http://www.menacewatersports.com/

Though I don't see them on the website, they have (had?) ones that have the Nautique logo (wakeboard with star) on the plate that holds the forks to the spinning barrel. I installed these last fall and they have been a great upgrade from the flight clips (so I too don't have to climb up to access the racks). I bought a third set of forks to hold a knee board but have the WB forks up on both racks now.

Good quality finish and set up well on my FCT!

HS- What did you pay for those and do you have any pictures of it mounted on your FCT?

Sorry but I can't recall the exact amount; seems like a couple hundred for each. No photos but I'll try to get some.

FWIW, before I found these, I remember trying to locate spinners from White Lake where they had appeared as a close out special that I missed, and the guy there told me the ones for 211s and that FCT were designed for the angle of the tower -- this is so that the spinner rotated on a level plane.

              I currently have the nverts......

I guess i wasnt sure of putting them on the tubed part of the tower but i guess that would be better if they were on rear tube and spun around..

I have a set of Nverts (never used) that I was planning on drilling holes into on the handle parts and putting knobs so you could grab the knob and use it to open and close (hopefully avoid the pinching problem). Just an idea. However, you said that your bottoms racks don't work anyway, so that doesn't sound like a useful solution for you.

I think that spinner racks (or regular tube racks with the diy spinner rack adapter) are probably the best current option out there.
