Wondering if anyone has successfully had a rip in vinyl covered by CC's warranty? the side cushion that lifts up over my cooler has poked a hole twice now (I had it repaired once already). The rip is very close to the inner edge of the cushion, and when you press down, you can feel a sharp corner inside the seat. I feel that its this sharp corner that is cutting my seat, but CC has said that its "wear and tear". My dealer its trying to fight it, just wondering what my chance might be of having them fix it (including sanding down the offending corner.
